Our Mission

Supporting initiatives that enhance the lives of people and communities.

The Harrison-Cooper Foundation’s mission statement serves to remind us that our role is to provide support for programs that have been developed by people in their own communities. The belief in people’s resilience and wisdom to enhance their lives is a basic tenet of the HCF.

Our Vision

To work towards making a better world for all.

Over the last eighteen years, the HCF has supported many programs that have helped to meet the needs of people and communities, both nationally and abroad. The HCF believes that the way in which the world is made better for people is to contribute to programs and initiatives that are community driven. The people living in those communities best know what is needed to make their communities healthy, mentally, physically and socially.
